This application is available only in German.
VAT ID's
This app extends the VAT ID field by a table in which several IDs for a customer, vendor and your
own company can be saved. The standard ID is pre-assigned in one process, but can be changed
manually. At the same time, the own VAT ID with which the booking is made is carried in all
transactions.
EU rearrangements
In the area of international trade, it often happens that a distributor maintains storage locations in
different EU countries. Many traders are registered for sales tax in these countries and appear in
their trade with the sales tax identification number (VAT ID No.) that matches the country of the
storage location. In the case of transfers (warehouse transfers) of stocks between storage locations
in different EU countries, a VAT transaction must be posted and an Intrastat declaration submitted.
This APP automatically creates corresponding items in financial accounting for a warehouse transfer
within the EU.
Intrastat declaration
The Intrastat report records the actual goods traffic between Germany and the other EU member
states (physical shipments and physical arrivals). The introduction of the VAT ID number in this app
gives you the option to create an Intrastat report for various VAT ID numbers. With the "preselection" it is possible to preselect the items in order to adjust data if necessary.
